I heard coworkers talking about a wonderful quinoa/cranberry salad at our local while food grocery, and was thinking about making something like it. I used multi color quinoa and had to sub for the coriander spice for a mix of parsley, dill and tarragon. I added just about 1 tbsp olive oil too, only because it started sticking in the pot. I also didn't really wait for it to cool, before adding everything--and skipped the green onions too. Its delicious!!!!your.modern.eyehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16500591394319683937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3559112080026101025.post-30971778885760435822014-03-21T21:07:08.648-07:002014-03-21T21:07:08.648-07:00This is absolutely delicious and does taste like w...This is absolutely delicious and does taste like whole foods which is 10.99 per lb now. I might add a few strands of saffron to the mix, though. I bought a pretty little bottle of it from Trader Joe's, when we still had access to TJ's.

mjsMatthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15425952174428378033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3559112080026101025.post-21774896892456081212010-08-25T06:24:46.362-07:002010-08-25T06:24:46.362-07:00Now I know what to do with the bag of quinoa that ...Now I know what to do with the bag of quinoa that has been sitting on my shelf, owned by a puzzled cook!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10809402925887038112noreply@blogger.com
